Description

Space exploration over the last few years has revealed so much about the secrets of the Universe. Our understanding of our Solar System and Deep Space has grown with the research by the James Webb Telescope and now the Euclid Space Telescope, launched in July 2023.

The morning session of the Study Day will include an overview of our Solar System, new missions and new discoveries. In the afternoon we will journey further into space via images from the James Webb Telescope and the Euclid Space Telescope. This is a new Study Day for 2024 and we will use new and current images and information throughout the day to explore and reveal our new understanding.

The Study Day is suitable for beginners.
